1 1/2 year old american bulldog male, not fixed, current on rabies (7/27/2022) and will go with vet work Born Jan. 1, 2020 white with handsome brindle spots. Around 90 lbs. Not to say he won't do well with another dog but he is scared of other dogs as he was attacked and has a scar on his front leg from when he was a puppy. Harley's background I am currently fostering this sweet boy as his family was on the verge of putting him down from getting in town neighbor complaints and couldn't handle the fines that were coming In his whole 1.5 years he has already been through 3 homes. His first family decided they didn't want the puppy stage, his second family for personal reasons needed to find him a new home as they only had him as an outdoor dog and his 3rd family wanted to have him as an indoor dog. Well given the circumstance he likes to get into things as he was never taught and they were not home enough to teach him and thought he was already out of the puppy stage when they took him on. He lived with a cat and kids. When he was outside he likes to play bark and he LOVES water. The problem they had was when it came time to come inside and he was left outside he would bark. As Arial said i the little mermaid, he just wanted to be where the people were. This led to neighbor complaints. He has used a tie out and an underground fence collar. He does prefer kids & men to women. They don't know the full backstory but it takes him a bit to warm up to women. He has a small rehoming fee and we just want to get him into a good home that will give him love and car rides. Located just south of Washington, IA
