I am looking for general contractors in the area to bid renovation jobs on purchased properties. We are continuing to buy and inspect properties in the area weekly. Rehab work varies from general cosmetic to complete renovations of property. Contractors must take pride in their work and be willing to work closely with our project manager to complete renovations on time and within budget.
