Job includes: - Basic electrical (Replace switches and outlets, install fixtures.) - Basic Plumbing (Install faucets, angle stops, p-traps, toilets and shower accessories.) - Basic Carpentry (Hang doors, closet doors installation, baseboards and casings.) - Drywall and Paint (Able to patch, sand, texture if needed and paint.) Must Have: - Transportation and basic tools. - Work efficiently and clean.
