Need fencing repair / replacement

Need a wooden fence - either a spruce or redwood and dogear style would work to replace a small part of my fence that has termite damage and is old. This section would be all replacement! Give me your best bid and I need the costs broken down by each section (labor and materials) as I am sharing costs with my neighbor: 1- 5' section (my side) cost = ? 24' section (shared) cost = ? 1- gate (neighbors side) cost = ? Picking up materials at local Home Depot = ? Removal of old fence = ? Total cost = ?labor + ?materials Estimated costs from Home Depot: 6 ft. H x 8 ft. W Spruce Pine Fir Dog-Ear Fence Panel = $63 4x4 fence post = $20 I estimate this to be about 3 hours of work, 4 max. There is no cement work needed. It's undoing 1 bolt on 3 4x4's, removing some nails and the fence goes down. See attached photos. Note that the left side has uneven height - I would like all the fencing to be the same height.
