Description

Responsible for managing cleaning crew and day-to-day activities including replacement coverage, ordering supplies, account retention, customer liaison in many company accounts. Monday-Friday, hours will vary Basic cleaning knowledge required Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry 50 lbs. or more Must have reliable transportation and able to handle manual labor Ability to manage cleaning staff Ability to motivate staff and support the Company's mission and goals Background check/drug-free Skills: Good eye for detail Decision making capabilities Able to work independently Responsibilities: Manage day and evening staff, submit and manage area payroll Manager nightly floor work and perform inspections Follow directions as stated in the log by customer and area manager Job Type and Benefits: Full-time, salaried position with benefits, auto reimbursement and commission program.
