Must live close to Mt. Dora. Seeking such cleaning people, painters, flooring specialists, renovators, etc for periodic remodels. This at my small apartment complex. (I also have an apartment coming available for rent, so a live-in maintenance or handyman would be convenient for us both). 1). Cleaning unit before occupancy...tub, tile, windows, etc. 2). painter should be a pro...meticulous & good at wall prep 3). Handyman/renovator for painting, tiling, flooring, cabinet installation, etc. 4). Maintenance man should be experienced at plumbing, hot water heater & AC repair a plus! Anything to make an apartment functional & beautiful! If you choose to live on site...even better. Let me know your skills! Again, you must live close to Mt. Dora.
