Full Time employee to work for a condominium association. Commercial cleaning and janitorial services of the common areas of the complex. This is a Monday- Friday 8am to 3:30pm, Saturday 8am to 10:30am position.
The association does offer time off days and other benefits to be discussed.
Requirements:
Must be over age 21.
Must be able to lift 20-30lbs.
Bending, stretching and on your feet for multiple hours.
Must have dependable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check. No Felonies.
Skills:
Must be able to clean and wipe down surfaces.
Mopping and use of a floor machine.
Sweeping and dusting.
Garbage disposal.
Pay attention to details.
Must be able to communicate to management and other staff.
