We are looking to add a quality-driven, organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented full-time lawn care crew lead. We have been servicing North Idaho and Eastern Washington for over 35 years and have been steadily growing. We are looking for great leaders and crew members to join our grounds maintenance/lawn care team to help us grow our Coeur d'Alene, ID locations. As a Lawn Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for completing mowing routes 4 days per week Tuesday-Friday. We are looking for a proactive and self-starter who can interact with our customers and our team. Responsibilities including but are not limited to organization, managing, motivating, and mentoring the crews while working in the field mowing, trimming, edging, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, pruning, and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets our standards. Our customers trust us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us provide that. Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Professional lawn care and supervisor experience are preferred but not required. We work 4 – 10-hour days Tuesday – Friday (occasional paid overtime), offer competitive pay with paid time off and a retirement plan after a waiting period.
