We are looking for a full-time maintenance technician to work on our various apartment complexes throughout the city of Jacksonville. This is a full-time position and an opportunity for you to join our team and to work with a talented group of individuals dedicated to providing the best service possible to our tenants. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance Technician will be responsible, under the direction of our property manager, for the overall maintenance and repairs of the various apartment complexes under management. Essential duties include but are not limited to: -Minor Electrical & plumbing -Painting -Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors -Make ready units for new move‐ins -Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT PERFORM ALL OF THE ABOVE Education and Experience Requirements: -Must pass a background check -Must have at least one (1) year maintenance experience (past or current) -Must have the ability to communicate in English -Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation Salary: -Starting pay is $15.00/per hour with regular increases.
