Step By Step Restoration and Renovation JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR Crew Member Step by Step Restoration and Renovation is a company with a primary focus on the renovation and maintenance of residential rental real estate. Our clients are owners, property managers or real estate agents that manage Residential Rental Real Estate ranging from 100 units down to an individual single family home. The Right Candidate We are looking for a candidate to join our crew. The right candidate is looking to build a long term career with a growing company. This individual must be able to work effectively in a team environment and adhere to policies and procedures. The hallmarks of a successful candidate are strong organizational practices, time management and the ability to handle stress in the day to day operations with a positive attitude. This is an hourly position paying 40 hours. There will be a 90 day probation period. You must be in possession of a valid drivers license. 4 years minimum construction experience required. Monday thru Friday. Key Areas of Position Responsibility 1. Work Site Responsibilities a) Ability to work under a team lead on job site. b) Perform a range of maintenance and renovation work for rental homes. c) At times ability to work independently as directed by team lead or the superintendent. 2. Company Asset a) Comply with Employee Tool Check In/ Check Out 3. General Corporate Responsibilities a) Show solid workmanship and strong character on and off the job. b) Ability to use software on cell phone to document time and work. Pay Rate Starting pay can range starting at $12 an hour bi pretax for the first 90 days of probation. After 90 days hourly rate will be reviewed for potential elevation with expectation of further increases. Candidate should expect to have a performance review every 6 months and look for increases commiserate with company work volume and growth. Paid holidays and vacation, upon completion of probationary period.
