Job Description: Pay rate $16.00 - $21.00 per hour!! Full Time Permanent Position!! Monday to Fridays 9AM to 5PM. Weekends OFF!! Paid Training Provided. Our firm is seeking an Energetic individual / Customer Service Representative to join our growing workforce. In this role, you will field calls and emails requests from customers who have questions, comments, or complaints about the products and services. You will also assist customers in placing and tracking orders. All of our Customer Service Representatives undergo paid training to understand the full menu of our offerings so that they can provide our customers with excellent service.
