Hi, I have a small apartment that needs some work done before I can list it. It needs some plumbing through out that needs upgraded to pex and a very small bathroom that needs remodeled so you must be a good plumber. I also have other odds n ends that need done in there. The work can be done at your own pace. Please email me your work experience and number. I can pay $20 an hour to the right person. I also have a few apartments so if it works out this might be a good opportunity for continual work.
