I was a witness to a box truck/ car accident on the LIE east bound at the queens Blvd exit at about 2:45pm, August 31, 2021. The truck changed lanes and hit a car that was driven by a woman. The truck put his blinker on and pulled to the shoulder and she followed him. Instead of stopping his truck he proceeded to drive on the shoulder and never stop. The lady in the car stopped and took her phone out. I followed the truck, called 911 at 2:55pm gave the license number and the company trucking name to 911. I have pictures of the driver and the truck.
