Description
Winterhaven Condo association is looking for someone to fill a full time maintenance position. Must live close to Ghent, WV and have reliable transportation. Qualified candidate will have general weekly job duties and extra repair jobs as required. Must have transportation and general handyman skills like replacing deck boards and minor electrical work. Also, very important to be capable of repairing water pipes and drain lines. Will need to be on call at times. Paid $500 per month for being on call, also $15 per hour for all clocked time up to 35 hours. In addition, there may be additional work that can be contracted with owners directly.
