Come experience why iFLY Detroit is the coolest place to experiment and learn with our STEM focused field trip options for 3rd-12th grade! Come tour a state of the art, iFLY indoor skydiving facility and see for yourself the unique and exciting way we connect body flight with STEM education! We'll provide an iFLY STEM Program overview with information to take home on national school standards alignment, grant opportunities, field trip availability and discounted pricing for groups larger than 15 students. Arrive anytime after 6 pm and plan for being onsite for a minimum of 30 minutes. If you're one of the first 25 attendees, you will get the option of a complimentary flight experience and should plan on being onsite for a minimum of 90 minutes. Agenda of the event: 6:00pm - Arrival and Check-in 6:30pm - Field Trip Presentation & Overview 6:50pm - Objects Demonstration in the Wind Tunnel 7:00pm - Flight Class starts (for the first 25 checked-in participants) 7:15pm - Instructor Flight Demonstrations (You won't want to miss this!) 7:30pm - Wrap-up *Registration is transferable, but educator credentials needed for entry.
