$13-$15/hr DOE The Warehouse Assistant/Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service to our customers with purchasing and loading feed, seed, chemical and retail store merchandise while meeting customer service goals and objectives by fulfilling orders timely and accurately, minimizing shortages, errors, damaged product, and similar issues that impacts customer service levels. This will include working outside in the warehouse, lifting and carrying 50# unassisted repetitively and frequently throughout your shift, operating a forklift, electric hand cart, manual pallet jack, hand cart; and manage the AX system relating to activities at the location. The Warehouse Assistant/Customer Service Representative will ensure timely and accurate data entry, assist with the inventory cycle counting, actively work to improve inventory accuracy, and serve as a safety champion for the facility to ensure that World Class Safety standards are met. Other Duties include provide general office support as needed, provide backup to the other positions in the plant to cover for absences, vacations, or heavy workload. Qualified candidates will possess excellent computer and customer service skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50# repetitively and working outside and in inclement weather conditions. Ag experience is preferred.
