We are looking to add a guy to our team, and we are looking to add one guy at a time. Right now we are looking to find someone that either has very little experience or a lot (or in between). Pay will vary depending on experience. Average pay range is between $15 and $25 / hr depending on skills. We do bathroom remodels, wall reconfigurations, basement finishes, flooring and tile, and finish carpentry. So if you have experience - skills that are geared to any of these are great. We do NOT do our own Plumbing or Electrical so you are not expected to do any of that (except possibly very minor surface mount finishes). If you LITTLE skill - as long as you know how to - work hard, take direction, look around and see what needs to be done. Learn tools/names and where we organize them, keep the site clean etc, you would be a welcome addition. And we will teach you skills as you go if you want to learn how to do some of the skilled labor. If you are interested please contact me and let me know your experience and desired pay.
