This workshop is designed to be accessible to all regardless of age or ability. Brain fog and fatigue can come on for a number of reasons whether it is stress, pain, or illness. What can we do to address these symptoms? It starts with the breath and neuro-physical movements. The breath is what will bring oxygen to the brain and the body, so that you can think more clearly and feel more energized. The neuro-physical movements will enliven the brain to facilitate better brain function. Come experience how these simple yet impactful yoga therapy practices can help you. Props: mask, yoga mat, whatever will make you comfortable lying on the floor (blanket, pillow for head, bolster for under knees, eye pillow, etc...)
