We are a management company seeking a property maintenance person / handyman. This is an independent contractor position, working only when maintenance is needed. Must be skilled in all areas of home improvement: plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, flooring, etc. Must have reliable transportation and own tools. Must be able to pass a background check !
