Join us at our Info Session to learn about Aviatra - Dayton's Fall 2021 EXPLORE® Program! Do you have a business idea but don’t know how to pursue it? Are you in the process of launching a business? Or do you own a very new business and want to make sure it is off to a good start? The Aviatra Accelerators - Dayton EXPLORE® Program is for you! EXPLORE® is a 9-week boot camp of learning, networking, and relationship & business building, meeting Mondays from 6-9pm. Week 1: Introduction, Business Idea Validation, & Value Proposition Week 2: SWOT Analysis & Target Market Week 3: Pricing & Budgeting Week 4: Legal & Insurance Week 5: Accounting, Banking, & Credit Week 6: Branding & Marketing Week 7: PR & Social Media Week 8: Sales, Networking & Funding Week 9: Pitch & Business Plan At the end of the 9 weeks, you will have a better understanding of who your customers are and of the value you provide to them. You can expect to have an actionable business model canvas, a draft budget or financial projections, and a mentor to check in with, too! Get familiar with several other local resources that can help your business grow beyond the 9 weeks. If you're a woman with a business, or have a business idea, we can help you. You and your business are unique, that's why we don't have a one-size-fits-all approach. We offer three different programs tailored to meet your needs. Each phase addresses the most critical education, best practices and guidance needed at any stage.
