Acceptable forms of proof are: •CDC issued vaccination card •Picture of the card •Record from place of administration showing dates and full name as listed on driver’s license OR Negative covid test (taken within 72 hours of arrival). If you are entering with a negative covid test, you must wear a mask (except when drinking). Other exceptions may apply.
