The University of Maryland Extension invites you to the all-immersive program on herbs. The program will cover evidence-based information on growing, harvesting, cooking, preserving, and storing herbs. (Open for ONLY first 18 participants)
Program description
Class 1, Growing Global Herbs: Learn ways to grow your own herbs at home and herbs from different world regions.
Class 2, Preserving Herbs: Learn ways to safely preserve herbs from your garden for yearlong use.
Class 3, Cooking with Herbs: Learn ways of cooking with fresh and preserved herbs and spices
