Did anybody THINK they cancelled their YMCA membership on-line, but later found out they didn't. I'm sure, months ago, I went through an on-line procedure, filling out text boxes, and getting some kind of confirmation it went through, but when I randomly looked at my bank account, I saw I was still being automatically charged monthly. I couldn't find any record of my cancellation on my computer. Maybe I'm just not understanding something, but I was wondering if anybody else had a similar experience. No accusations intended.
