Come join us for a selection of wines and dishes that will make your night an event! Kick off fall with our wine dinner!September's wine dinner is meant to bring us all into the great autumnal spirit! We are featuring foods that bring in the warm comfy feeling of fall, as well as pairs with a unique variety of wines. Michael David, one of my favorite brands, kicks off the dinner with our appetizer of strawberry baked goat cheese and Lodi red blend, and finishes our dinner with Sauvignon Blanc paired with an orange ricotta cake. We will also be featuring ratatouille which brings me warm feelings of home and this rustically delicious course will be paired with another one of my favorite labels, Coppola's Diamond Collection Syrah-Shiraz. For the main course, we will be featuring a grilled filet topped with an Italian salsa verde and served with Italian rice, paired with Juan Gil Monastrell Mourverde, which may be a new experience for some!
