Come and listen to live Country Music, Shop in our Market Place featuring Local Artisans, and dine and drink at our food and beverage trucks Bring the family or come alone. All are welcome at Strongwater Farm's Annual Hoedown. What better way to kick off the Fall season than with family and friends listening to live music, hopping on a hay ride, and painting a pumpkin or horseshoe, while either dining on your own picnic or treating yourself at a food truck. Shop for that unique gift in our Market Place featuring local artisans, play a game of horse shoes or corn hole. Strongwater Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center, a 501c3 not for profit organization, provides equine-assisted programs and activities for children and adults with a variety of physical and/or emotional conditions. In partnership with caregivers, special education teachers, and physician treatment plans, Strongwater Farm’s services and programs are individualized with specific therapeutic goals and measurable outcomes. Most of Strongwater Farm’s participants go beyond the initial goals and continue to achieve skills and confidence each week. Everyone who comes to Strongwater Farm is on their own unique journey, not defined by a diagnosis or disability; prepared to reach their highest potential using the healing power of horses.
