Seeking Real Estate Developer

I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this in (I'm fairly new to Craigslist). I am a real estate agent in Rhode Island and I specialize in land. I have been prospecting to land owners and, long story short, I have accumulated a list of about 9 or 10 lots where the owner is looking to sell and tells me to 'find them a buyer'. As a college student who just recently moved to RI, my network of builders/real estate developers is pretty weak, so I often struggle to help these motivated land owners.
