Trashed & Refused is a local clean out company that works with clients who need an entire property - home (attic, crawl space, garage, yard, etc.), office or other commercial space, completely cleared of all items of personal property, including furniture. We also perform light demo (e.g., removal of cabinetry, fixtures, flooring and window treatments) for our clients. Our jobs typically begin at 8a and are completed in a day (larger jobs may take two days). We work weekdays and some weekend days. If an employee is scheduled but we end a job earlier than expected, we will pay the employee for a four-hour shift. Our job sites are located throughout the Chicagoland area, but an employee may decline a shift if the distance is too far. We don’t always have a lot of lead time for a job, sometimes only a day or two, so we understand if an employee is not available at times when we need them. This is an as-needed position. An employee must have transportation to and from the job site, be able to lift to 40 lbs., wear closed-toed shoes and work gloves. Trashed will provide work gloves and safety equipment. If you are a reliable individual who doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty, we would like to meet you. Your ability to drive a 20’ or 26’ U-Haul-type truck confidently and safely is a plus.
