As we pride ourselves in supporting our team with those same characteristics. Truth be told, there are a lot of irresponsible drivers on the road. We take pride in our Owner Operator not being one of them. We rather help our partners earn an honest pay and get back home to their family. Dealing with different shippers personnel can be difficult and stressful, working with your leasing company should not. If you did the job, you deserve to get paid. No question asked. We can’t control how others act, but we can control how we respond. Accountability is everything. - 70/30 split - OO pays for your fuel, maintenance, and CDL expenses. (Fuel cards are provided and will be charged back.) - Deposit $100 weekly into your escrow account until the maximum limit. - Carrier will take care of the dispatching, pay liability and cargo insurance, ELD, apportioned plates, and training materials. (To get started, a deposit is required to cover those expenses, but the funds will be deposited into your escrow account.) - Access to a nationwide gym. - MUST HAVE GREAT communication skills. - MUST HAVE GREAT customer service. - MUST HAVE GREAT problem solving skills. - MUST BE Proactive to prevent issues and delays. - MUST PAY Attention to details. - MUST BE dependable and trustworthy. - MUST be able to drive and handle a truck and trailer. - MUST know how to secure a load properly. - No DUI within 10 years m - No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 2 years, no major accidents within 5 years. - No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years. - Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test - Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license PLEASE DO NOT APPLY: - If you cut corners when it comes to safety and compliance. - If you can’t provide great customer service to your coworkers and customers. - If you can’t communicate in a respectful and effective manner. - If you are not ready to work.
