The workshop will provide a basic understanding of crystal healing and mediation. Crystal Healing, Sage, and Meditation Workshop The course will provide a basic understanding of crystal healing and medition. The course touches on the basics of crystal identification, sage cleansing, and meditation. By the end of the course individuals will be able to identify five of the most commonly used healing stones, how to cleanse a home/person with sage, and how to do a meditation breathing exercise. Participation includes a crystal and sage starter kit.
