Join Regal Characters and The Valley Fair Mall for their 3rd Annual Smile Saturday events. All events are FREE and open to the public. RSVP slots via Event Brite are mandatory to keep attendance at a safe level. Each event will have it's own theme and 2 different characters in attendance.
