Come celebrate the start of school with food and activities for the family sponsored by Graduate Studies! When: Tuesday, September 14, 2021 7-8:30 pm Where: BYU Conference Center Pavilion and South Field Who: Graduate students and their immediate families or a plus 1 Food: 1 J Dawg per person, chips, brownies, and water. *If you have dietary restrictions please email [email protected] with your the restriction BEFORE Tuesday, September 7. Details: Register for each person eating a J Dawg. Come for Cosmo, face-painting, and a photo-op. First 500 Graduate students get a GSS T-shirt! We will designate an entry point, where you must show your Eventbrite ticket in order to enter and participate in the event. EX: Family of 3 (grad student, spouse, and a baby) would register for the student and the spouse, but not the baby since they will not eat a J Dawg. Single students are welcome to bring any plus 1, as long as they register for themselves and their plus one. *If you have any accommodation needs, please contact us at [email protected] at least 1 week before the event (Tuesday, September 7) so that we can work with the UAC. PARKING- The free UTA Bus Rapid Transit System [UVX], running every 6-10 minutes during daytime hours is an option to consider recommending for your guests traveling to the BYU Conference Center. For those wishing to use this new bus system there is a bus stop north of the Harman Continuing Education Building at approximately 730 East University Parkway. For those who will be driving, patron parking is located west of the building in lot 20. Please adhere to parking sign instructions.
