Let's have a great time giving back to the greatest High Schools in Houston, TX that made us First Outreach Church has been in the Hiram Clarke Community for 41yrs. It was founded by the late great Pastor John Richardson Sr. He went home to be with the Lord 8yrs ago on September 11. His son proceeds him by continuing the great work he started 41yrs ago.
