Window Treatment Installer Provision Home Services ProVision Home Services, is a fast-growing blind, shutter, & drapery installation company that works out of the southwest Florida area. We provide installation services all the way from north Tampa to the south of Naples. We have been expanding promptly and we are in need of full-time window treatment installers for 3 of our area markets, Cape Coral to Naples, Tampa -St. Pete/Clearwater, and Sarasota/Bradenton. Pay varies from $750-$1800 a week depending on experience. Plus, bonus pay according to job performance. Experience is preferred. But if you are handy with tools, we will train you. Work Location: (When applying, please specify what location you are in) Cape Coral to Naples Job Requirements: Must be able to work full time and some weekends Valid driver’s license and insurance · Must be familiar with tools enough to be able to work with windowsills. · Ability to install draperies at a professional level is a major plus. · Technical knowledge when it comes to use of a mobile/tablet device · Professional & personable · Stable work history · Good communication skills · Ability to work unaided · Strong work ethic · Reliable transportation (truck) is preferred · Able to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction · Able to communicate with your team · Problem solver · Clean Background Check Position Description and Responsibilities: · Installation of blinds, shades, motorized blinds, motorized shades, and draperies. (Installs will be scheduled for you by our staff). Provide accurate window measurements. Provide quality installations to prevent customer issues. If issues develop with installed products installer must be willing to repair the product or work with the staff to arrange a repair or solution. · Arrive at warehouse every morning and load truck with all products and tools needed to complete the installs for the day. · Make sure truck/vehicle is up to date with stock of necessary hardware · Execute and complete installation jobs that are on your schedule accurately and on time. Warehouse Management – keep warehouse organized. Waste Management. Waste is mostly cardboard. We have dumpsters for disposal at the warehouse
