Come to our Info Session where you can start a new career in Human Services as a Residential Aide or Maintenance Worker. Our 8-week training program gives you a combination of classroom and paid on-the-job training in a New York City Homeless shelter or Supportive Housing facility. •About the Training Program: –Interns will complete approximately 140 classroom hours and 140 internship hours to prepare for entry level social service employment - In- person Classes –Interns will learn to better assist clients with Serious Mental Illness, Addiction, and Homelessness issues –Intensive job training will be provided in: • Crisis Prevention Certification• Narcan Training • Fire Guard F-02 preparation • Covid Mental Health You Must Have: * H.S Diploma or HSE/GED * Picture ID * Social Security Card * Flexible Hours * Good Attitude and Open Mind
