A no cost, in-person information session about our DBT Art Therapy group, "A Better Version of Me," hosted by Monica Duque, ATR-BC, LCAT. We invite you to attend a free information session if you would like to learn more about one of the groups offered at Wholehearted Healing Collective which will be starting soon, "A Better Version of Me: A DBT-Informed Art Therapy Group." This group can be helpful for anyone who has experienced mental health issues, and it is geared towards life skills based in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) accompanied by art therapy techniques. This info session is open to anyone who thinks they might be interested in attending this group, and wants to learn a bit more about how the group will work. This session will be organized and run by Monica Duque, ATR-BC, LCAT, who facilitates A Better Version of Me. Please note that this info session is for New Jersey residents only. If you decide that you are interested in joining this group, Monica will have information on next steps to becoming a group member.
