Are you ready to dig deep. Get out of your head and get back into your body. Access deep parts of yourself that have been buried.. **Preregistration is required no tickets will be sold at the door. This style of breathwork is a healing modality that connects you to your heart and spirit through a specific 3 part circular breathing technique. We tap into your inner healer. You have all you need for healing but often times our thoughts, past and present stories get in the way and keep us stuck. This practice helps you process and let out stuck emotions, shifts your state and stress levels and allows you to experience deep inner healing. It will allow you to give attention to those parts of you that have been crying out so you can step into your wholeness. Breathwork also connects you to your intuition/inner wisdom and deeper parts of yourself. You will receive clarity around things so you can start moving forward in confidence. I am a certified practioner in trauma recovery. Unprocessed trauma (stored negative emotions) live in our body. Unless released, you will eventually experience symptoms like anxiety, panic attacks, anger, fatigue, digestive issues, autoimmune diseases, chronic pain and so much more. Breathwork has been an incrediable tool for me in my own healing of unprocessed trauma and limiting beliefs. The process itself is very simple, it is done lying down on your mat with your eyes covered, breathing into your belly, chest and out, using full deep breaths all through the mouth. Music is playing throughout the practice. No two sessions are the same! I will be holding space and facilitating the whole time. The space is also inside/outside it has huge garage doors and lots of fans for air flow. Parking is free on Sunday or in the back of the building there is parking. What to bring: Dress ComfortablyYoga Mat and bulster or extra blanket if you have lower back issuesBlanket if you get cold (this practice can lower your body temp)Eye Mask (I will have bandana's on hand if you don't have one)Water for the endJournal (write down anything that comes up for you)**Empty stomach (no heavy food or drink 45 mins before class)Invite a friend Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, for your safety, we do not allow persons with the following conditions to participate: If you are pregnant, you have a current diagnosis by a healthcare professional of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis during the past 10 years, Strokes, seizures, TIAs or other brain/neurological condition or disease, any other medical or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release. **If you are feeling ill and show any COVID symptoms, we encourage you to please stay home.
