The Latinx Children's Book Project presents this workshop to encourage prospective Latinx children's book authors to start writing. The event will be followed by a book signing by author Laekan Kemp. The Latinx Children's Book Project is the brainchild of author Valerie Menard who saw a need to encourage and groom Latinx chidren's book writers in Austin.
