Welcome to the 1st Annual TSU / SU Arlington Showdown HBCU College Fair, Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021. Welcome students! We are excited about this year's Texas Southern University / Southern University HBCU College Fair SHOWDOWN! This year's HBCU College fair is at the AISD Arts and Athletics Complex Date: Thursday, October 7th, 2021 Address: 1001 E Division St, Arlington, TX 76011 About AFS: The Arlington Football Showdown brings together two Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Texas Southern University and Southern University of the Southwestern Athletic Conference. The Showdown takes place October 9th, 2021, at the historic Globe Life Park in the great city of Arlington, Texas. Annually thousands of faculty, students, alumni, and fans flock to these major college reunion events. Lone Star Sports Inc. creates a welcoming environment to highlight the rich traditions of HBCUs and provide a full festive experience. The focus is on increasing awareness of participating universities and positively impacting Dallas/Fort Worth residents, businesses, and attendees. Over the next few years, the Arlington Football Showdown looks to establish innovative partnerships with those that share our continuous learning values, community commitment, and vision for growth.
