Increase your self-awareness and become a successful entrepreneur by adding value to your leadership and how you communicate. Entrepreneurship is more than being a business owner, and often the journey is filled with roadblocks, dead ends, and many sleepless nights. Have you ever wondered how people like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and Elon Musk cemented their entrepreneurship success? What if we told you it was because they had a passion for learning and possessed a strong sense of self-awareness. The four key components to be a successful entrepreneur includes leadership, communication, selling, and speaking. This course will serve as your starting point to lead yourself better in those four areas. During this four hour workshop we will discuss the following: LEADERSHIP Leadership expert, John Maxwell says, "Everything rises and falls on leadership". Studies have shown, great leaders around the world invest themselves in a personal growth plan. Just like a business, you must have a plan to be successful. This first session will build the foundation for your personal growth plan by raising your level of awareness. COMMUNICATION If you can connect with others one-on-one, in groups, and with an audience - your sense of community improves and your influence skyrockets. Our second session will focus on communicating and connecting with others to improve relationships, reduce conflict, and how to make every communication an opportunity for a powerful connection. SELLING We have redefined the definition of "sales". When you think about it, sales is about influence, nothing more, nothing less. You will learn the five keys to increase your sales influence that can implemented immediately to increase your success throughout every sales conversation. SPEAKING Whether you are making a 15-minute presentation or an hour-long keynote, your ability to connect and communicate will be essential to effectively get your audience to take action. In our final session, we will share the speaking skills that are essential for every entrepreneur. Course Facilitators Justin Quigley and Nick Castro are leadership experts, certified and licensed by The John Maxwell Team. Collectively, they possess over 25 years of start-up and business development experience and are uniquely qualified to deliver proven leadership strategies and practices on behalf of John Maxwell.
