Sam's Love 5K is an event we are hosting in hopes to raise funds to continue to support our non-profit, Sam's love. Sam's Love was started in honor of our son Samuel Beckett Honaker who was born still on January 27th, 2020. We formed this organization which creates and donates baby books tailored to families walking through pregnancy loss, stillbirth or infant loss. Our mission at Sam's Love is to provide a space for parents to celebrate, remember and share with others their most precious child-regardless of gestation or outcome or pregnancy. We currently supply St. Francis Medical Center, Glenwood Regional Medical Center, Morehouse General Hospital, Ochsner LSU Monroe Medical Center, Northern Louisiana Medical Center, Willis Knighton Bossier, Willis Knighton Pierremont, Deaconness Hopital and Christus Mother Francis Hospital with our books. We ship individually requested books all over the world. We have also donated books to a non-profit organization in Bossier, LA for bereavement boxes and have books available at First Glimpse Boutique in Monroe, LA.
