GC specializing in residential remodel projects is hiring an experienced journeyman carpenter DUTIES: -Read blueprints and perform layouts -Take remodel project from demo to finish -Rough and finish carpentry - installing crown moulding, baseboards, cabinets, fixtures -Basic plumbing and electrical tasks -Cover driving area of Peninsula MUST HAVES: -5+ years of experience as a journeyman carpenter, residential remodeling -Ability to read blueprints and perform layouts without assistance -Reliable vehicle to get to job sites -Able to operate: Reciprocating saw, circular saw, chop saw, miter saw, drills, nail gun -Ability to read blueprints JOB DETAILS: -Rate : $35 to $45 p/h -Typical work week from 8 am - 5 pm -This is a long term position -Mileage expenses covered References & background checks will be required
