Yoga, meditation and live music in San Francisco’s iconic Grace Cathedral. All ages and abilities welcome. Group yoga practice is held every Tuesday from 6:15 to 7:30 pm. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Join yoga teacher Darren Main for this weekly class surrounded by the awe-inspiring architecture of Grace Cathedral. Set to live music from world-renowned musicians, this weekly practice of yoga and meditation looks and feels like the amazing diversity of San Francisco itself. The class is $15, but capacity is limited. Reservations are required and COVID-19 safety precautions will be observed. If you can give more, that will help us offer yoga to someone who has less. Your registration and donation support the teacher, musicians and the cathedral. We are always looking for volunteers to help in non-financial ways as well. To expedite your check-in process visit gracecathedral.org/vax to upload your vaccination verification and receive quicker entry with our Grace Pass. You will receive your Grace Pass within 24 hours if you submit between Sunday –Thursday. Masks are required at all times. Social distancing will be observed. Please do not attend if you are not feeling well, have COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in close contact with anyone who is COVID-19+. What to Bring Please bring a yoga mat and any other yoga props you wish to use. We are unable to lend yoga mats at this time. Only water is permitted in the cathedral. Dress in warm, comfortable exercise clothes as the cathedral can be quite cool. If you have any serious injuries or medical concerns, please discuss practicing yoga with your doctor. Questions?
