Re-homing our German Shepard

This dog is little over a year old he is extremely friendly. She is still at the age were he likes to play a lot and want a lot of attention. She likes to go for walks and to the park and dog parks. Her bathroom habits are very disciplined, she will not go to the bathroom other than a pad or the backyard, she will hold it, no matter were we go till we come home. She is put to bed in our laundry room around 12am and she sleeps by herself till 8 to 9 am. Also she never chowed out furniture or did any damage except for few slippers and her bed but she will chew and eat sticks and her toys. For personal reasons, and unfortunately, I can't give her the attention she deserves. She is not for sale, I just want to find a new home that she can be cared for and loved. There's a re-home fee.
