Bannon, Director of Bucks County Consumer Protection/Weights & Measures Since 1994, the Credit Counseling Center has served over 100,000 individuals and families. We are a United Way partner agency and serve as the Bucks County Foreclosure Diversion Program Housing Counselors for homeowners facing mortgage distress and foreclosure. During times of economic distress, Credit Counseling Center has been the "go-to" agency to educate and equip consumers with personal financial tools that make a difference.
