HIREQUEST DIRECT NEEDS YOU! Come join our team to earn extra money. HireQuest Direct in Kent is hiring for Certified Flaggers in Puget Sound Region! This is a full-time/part-time, temporary job that pays $17+/hr. We also have openings for Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS). Flaggers and TCS are REQUIRED to be certified to work in the state of Washington (we do not provide certificate training). Candidates must possess the following: • Good work ethic. • Self-motivated and committed to a culture of excellent customer service. • Reliable transportation to the job site (bus route, vehicle, etc.) Responsibilities Include: • Working with the construction team to establish the safe movement of traffic around the construction zone, in accordance with safety regulations • Flagging motorists to warn them of obstacles or repair work ahead • Taking ownership of keeping work zone and passing cars safe Qualifications: • Possess a valid WA flagger and/or TCS certification • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Communication skills required - flaggers remain in constant contact with the crew • Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods at a time **APPLY NOW** We want to hear from you!
