This Women's Conference, born out of our Stronghold project, is to Help Heal the Hearts of the Women of our City. We want our hearts - the hearts of the women in Rochester - to be in sync with the heart of God. We recognize that many of us still need our hearts healed in order to be fully in sync. So our desire is to help connect women to the One who heals our hearts. So many of us - dare we say all of us - have had times or will have times when we feel like we’re drowning in life’s waves- waves of change, grief, doubt, depression… and we recognize that most often, God’s way of saving us is not by removing us from the situation, but by coming into the water with us and teaching us how to swim, how to ride those waves, how to keep going. The conference will be one full day of worship, testimonies and teachings, and time for women to reflect and connect with God- the Healer of our hearts, the One who remains with us.
