We are seeking a few detailed and motivational Event Coordinators to help lead our team for this popup immersive activation.
This ideal person(s) will be responsible for assisting the General Manager & Assistant Venue Manager with overseeing activities from open to close, motivating the on-site team and leading them in providing the best guest experience possible. The ideal person will have outstanding customer service and people skills, is a natural problem solver with a can-do attitude and a love for people having a great time.
Day-to-Day operations will include, but not limited to, opening and closing duties, managing daily operations of the activation, scheduling, project planning, restocking and inventory management, activating and running all experience events, and coordinating with third-party vendors as necessary.
The Event Coordinator will oversee day of event planning, making sure to keep them in line with standard operating procedures. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
