Too slow in getting your attention as you slipped into the marina at the end of 28th Ave. NW in Ballard on Monday about 6:30pm. Probably a snowballs chance, but wanted to mention how eye-catching a woman you were and hoped we could meet. Maybe I'll not be so slow next time. You were wearing a white, insulated jacket, and yes, very noticeable.
