TEWKSBURY, MA — The state has launched an anonymous complaint form for Tewksbury State Hospital employees following a pair of recent attacks, the Lowell Sun reported Monday. A hospital employee is "recovering at home" after an altercation with a patient; the Sun reported that the employee was a nurse who was "nearly strangled to death." State Rep.
