My dad is looking for someone with experience and who is licensed. He pays very well and gives a lot of bonuses depending on the job and work that is done, he is very giving for a boss. He has busy times and slow times of the year. There is potential for 40+ hours a week and potential to be a few days a week. My dad is looking to take a step back from his business and manage more of his jobs rather than work on them as he turns 60 in a few weeks. My mom sells mobile homes and my dad does the finish work for them (siding, builds steps and decks, forms and pours foundations, etc).
